Is the pinnacle of online geekery...
…consistently tweeting stories before Mashable even gets to them? Is it weird that it gives me a fleeting sense of unadulterated pride?

autobuds:
One of the earliest pair of Auto Buds posted were these two shy buds:
A pair of old, red Cherokees who clearly wanted to be Auto Buds but were playing it cool. Well, today, over a month later, they finally got together:
I literally gasped when I saw it and my heart started racing. I was…
If only all tech support was this intimate.
Here’s a letter I recently got from a guy who was helping me with my archaic email client at work, made me giggle:
Dear Brad, I want you to know that when I got your call, I was hopeful that I would be able to carry it to completion. What I like about my help desk work is getting answers for people and seeing the reaction that I get when I do. I hope the experience wasn’t too...

Always use lions in your ads.
Heard some great advice from Luke Sullivan today. Always use lions. If you don’t have room for a full-on Lion, then use a Tiger. Its second-best, but hey. It’ll work. Guaranteed your work will be 10x better if it has a Lion in it.
We got close with our Doritos campaign last year, but only got some other lowly wild animals. Next time baby.

Quotes from terrible clients: you know the ones.
Below you will find a collection of random, yet oh-so-familiar true quotes from web design clients:
“Please follow original instructions. we don’t want this page to look tricked out or computer generated…”
“I want our side bar to look exactly like amazon’s. oh, here i am gonna send it to you, just use it…and then maybe make it kinda pastel, i hear that’s the new thing now, to make things look...
